The purchase and delivery was extremely efficient; I was very pleased.

I have not yet used the product but the instructions seem quite thorough and I have had a look at the YouTube channel which has some very helpful videos. Seeing the instructions in video form is definately helpful; perhaps you should include the URL of the relevant videos in your instructions sheet so people know that the instructions exist in video form too.
