Delivery Information, terms & conditionsWe pride ourselves on our level of service & delivery performance but please read the following to ensure you understand the agreement you are entering into with us when you place an order wih Creative Casting Ltd. By making payment through our website you are agreeing to accept these terms. There are a number of ways to order from Creative Casting. - Online Shop - payment can be made using all major credit & debit cards. We never hold your credit card details & all information is encrypted through our online shop secured by Bluepark & Sagepay.
- By Phone - all major credit & debit cards are taken over the phone. Call us on 01252 715700 from9.30am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
- Collection - visit our workshop in Farnham, Surrey & see our kit range before you buy. Please call before you visit as we are a home business, not a high street shop front.
Our Delivery Information Delivery services used are Royal Mail or courier, depending on the cost of the item, whether you are resident in mainland UK & what service you choose. You will receive an email confirming dispatch details of your goods within 24hrs of ordering. Delivery Options & Prices All delivery options are shown at checkout. If you choose a delivery service not available to your destination we reserve the right to retrospectively charge you the correct postage cost when processing your order & withold despatch until full payment has been received. Damage it Transit ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED BY EMAIL OR BY CALLING US ON 01252 715700 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL IF A CLAIM IS TO BE MADE. Failure to do so means we will be unable to refund any delivery costs. Signing for a parcel is acceptance that the goods are received in good order so please check all courier items immediately. What happens if I miss a courier delivery? There must be someone to sign for a delivery at the supplied delivery address. If you are out the courier (usually Interlink) will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If this is not possible a card will be left with a contact number for you to arrange to collect from the depot. If you are out and do not make contact with the courier the goods will be returned to us & the administation charge for this will be passed back to you, the customer. Unfortunately, if you wish us to re-send the goods via the courier, we will have to charge you again for postage as we will be charged again. Please ensure you supply a contact telephone number when you place an order so you can be contacted by us if needed. Delivery times when quoted are in business working days and depend on the destination. Service availability may change at short notice due to unforeseeable events. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday except public and bank holidays. Terms & ConditionsRefunds, Returns & Cancellations We want you to be completely satisfied with your product and we believe that you will be. However, occasionally you may wish to return an item or cancel an order. Do not return any goods until you have contacted us by telephone or email. Creative Casting Ltd adhere to the distance selling regulations (UK) 2000. This means that you may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 working days from the day following delivery providing the item when we receive it is new, unused & in it's undamaged original packaging & so suitable for resale. In these instances we are not obliged to refund the cost of delivery. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Please note that custom-made items such as bespoke frames & all personalised items (such as prints jewellery, name frames & footprint gifts) are excluded from this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified. If you wish to return any items purchased from Creative Casting Ltd please ensure you have contacted us first. When you have a return reference number, please send to: CUSTOMER RETURNS, CREATIVE CASTING LTD, 8 BISHOPS ROAD, FARNHAM, SURREY, GU9 0JA Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products Faulty products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days or for a replacement product up to 30 days after delivery. Please follow the same procedures as above ensuring you contact us by email or telephone. Do not return goods until you have contacted us by telephone or email. If the products you return are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge. We will need to have received any faulty items back before a replacement can be sent. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of return of items which fulfill the above requirements. Conformity Of Goods We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We are commited to protecting your privacy & will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
