In every belly casting kit you get:

• Vaseline - this need to be applied over all the skin you are going to cast.
• Plaster bandage - sufficient to cover your bump.
• Vinyl gloves - to protect your helpers hands as plaster dries out the skin very quickly.
• Full instructions - read first & always have a helper on hand!
