• Vaseline - this need to be applied over all the skin you are going to cast.
• Plaster bandage - sufficient to cover your bump & bust. You decide how much you want to do!
• Plastic apron & vinyl gloves - to protect your helper!
• Plastic sheeting for floor protection.
• Casting plaster & brush for applying a layer of smooth plaster over the plaster bandage.
• Sandpaper for finishing.
• Ribbon & hooks for hanging your cast once finished.
