Baby Prints jewellery is perfect for a baby under 12 months old where fingerprint jewellery will not give any detail due to the fingerprint not being fully developed. The pendant is approximately the size of a 10p & there is room for up to 10 characters on the front alongside the prints. Additional engraving of up to 10 letters can be done by hand on the reverse of the pendant & is included in the cost.
Finishing Options
There are several chain options to choose from to create a fully finished piece. Select them from the drop down menu above if erquired.- Choice range from a keyring, snake chain, ball chain or 3mm greek leather in various lengths.
All personalisation details are collected at checkout. An inkless print kit will then be sent to you for taking your prints but you can email us your existing prints if you prefer. Please note - if you pay for next day delivery the print kit will be sent to you using our next day service. If you require a gift card with your order, remember to add your gift message at checkout. Create the prints using the kit provided with your child, return then to us by post or email & your finished jewellery is sent securely 28 days after we receive your prints.
COMMON QUESTIONS REGARDING BABY PRINT JEWELLERY
My inkless prints have smudges &/or fingers/toes missing!
We can tidy up & realign prints without any problem. If you have a favourite print draw an arrow alongside it so we can use that particular print for you. If you get a good print but miss a toe/fingertip, do a separate print of the missing bit on the sheet & we can add it to the main print when we do the editing.
Can you use paint prints or other prints I already have?
We can use pretty much any prints but the detail in the finished piece will only be as good as the original prints. If you are unsure, drop us an email & attach the prints you want to use to the message & we'll come back to you.
What is the difference between fine silver & sterling silver?
Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver, the rest being other metals added for strength. Fine silver is 99.9% silver & so much softer & will show 'wear & tear' marks on the surface much quicker than sterling silver would. All our fine silver pieces are stamped '999' - the mark for 99.9% fine silver. All our findings are sterling silver & are marked '925' by the manufacturer as confirmation of this.
What words can I have engraved?
All pieces can be personalised with the addition of words of your choice. Letters are hand-engraved the number of characters that can be added depends on the size of the item as well as the size of the prints - details are included on each product description & all engraving information is collected during checkout. There is not always room for writing on the front of a charm & if we feel we cannot fit the characters you have asked for on the front of a piece they will be hand engraved on the back.
